We operate from our holding farm in Bethlehem, PA, where we carefully prepare and ship orders to ensure the health and safety of our fish. Live orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday via two-day UPS/FedEx or faster.

Two-day shipping anywhere within the contiguous US is $39 (this option is available only during warm weather)
Overnight shipping to PA/NJ/NY/MD is $45
Overnight shipping elsewhere in the contiguous US is $65

For large wholesale orders, customers can opt for SouthWest Cargo, if preferred. To minimize stress for our West Coast customers, we ship directly from our trusted partner, Plecos Plus, whenever possible.

Our DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy: We offer a DOA guarantee only if the fish are shipped via overnight shipping. In the unlikely event that a fish arrives deceased, please take a clear photograph of the fish inside the unopened bag within two hours of delivery. Send the photo to us immediately. Upon verification, we will refund the cost of the fish. Additionally, our DOA guarantee extends for 24 hours after delivery. If the fish dies within this period, we will issue a store credit equal to the value of the fish, in the form of a gift card. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances; we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
