Aquarium Expertise Since 2010

Plecoceramics was founded in 2010 with a clear mission -- to responsibly breed and preserve rare and disappearing species of tropical fish. From the very beginning, we made a deliberate choice to never catch or sell wild-caught fish. Our goal is not extraction, but conservation: increasing captive-bred populations while helping protect natural ecosystems and biodiversity. As our breeding experience deepened, we began producing our own ceramic decorations, carefully designed to replicate natural habitats and reduce stress for fish in captivity. The same philosophy guides our fish food, which is formulated to closely match what fish consume in the wild. Every product we make reflects our commitment to ethical breeding, natural behavior, and long-term sustainability.
